Nimbles bring back my money

Its been 3 full weeks waiting fr my refund frm Nimbles... paid extra 1k plus and wen i called them u was adviced to send my proof of payment, id copy and bank statement i dd so til today no one has eva came back to me with any feedback as to whether they are processing it or wat,they are juz quite like dat.I need my money back we work very hard fr each and every cent we hv so pls Nimbles bring back my money.
