This *********** company continues to update negatively on my credit score although i have sent them numerous emails with a Paid up letter from their client RCS, i spoke to Chantel Sive on Ref 2RCS073791 who acted concerned as if she will assist me instead i was referred to many other platforms like Mimecast i kept sending the proof but nothing happened their phone is forever engaged and they even dont bother to communicate, bjt they very proactive in updating my ICT for the passed 3 month resulting in a negative credit score. They good at ignoring customer queries.
