Nimble updating credit bureau with prescribed accounts

I have not received any feedback on account reflecting nimble on my credit report. I have established it old African Bank Account, that has prescribed. It seems nimble bought old debt book of prescribed accounts, to try and bully people in paying. It is prescribed whatever so remove it. Have sent numerous emails to Nimble and Experian as it affecting me. I spoke to call centre and whats app without help. Terrible service all around. Account was previously removed Disputed Account Name and Number: NIMBLE GROUP - ***, but added again
