Nimble *******ly registering my name on Experian

Nimble has been harassing me for 2 years about an MTN contract that I never took out. Clear case of identity theft and *****, but Nimble don't care, they are just after the money like everyone else mentions here. Despite providing Marlon Pillay with all the evidence twice, as asked by Nimble to clear my name, he has done nothing both times, and has registered me on Experian with a R60,000 bad debt. The original debt was R18,000. That's why they call you three times a day every day, and charge you R100 per phone call. What a joke....every employee I have spoken to have promised to do something about it, and nothing has been done. As a result of a false register of debt on Experian, I can no longer do business, or get any credit. I will be taking legal action, and suing for damages and loss of earnings. On top of this I will be reporting them to the ombudsman. Sell your debt back to MTN, because they did not do due diligence in verifying the *****ster who stole my identity, and clear my name off Experian. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears, like every other complaint for Nimble on this site...all they say is we will investigate and come back to you, but no one ever does.
