Kindly be advised that the below feedback in regards to last interrupter is incorrect, this was a human error on our side.

We have concluded our assessment and can confirm the account factually and legally prescribed ; thus, we can no longer request payments for the debt owed on the African Bank account.

What this also means is that the debt was never liquidated, and as such a statement indicating a zero balance would not be true and correct.

Our confirmation thus states that all collection efforts were terminated, and the account closed.

The debt owed on the African Bank account is still there, we just no longer have the right to claim payment.
