Nimble is listing people *******ly on prescribed debt
This company listed me for a debt that was prescribed on 3 credit bureaus. I've never dealt or communicated with this company ,the original lender has closed my account. Nimble can not provide me with proof that this is not prescribed ,or that I've made a payment to them in the last 3 years, that legal action was taken against me or that I've ever communicated with them. This company should be investigated for ******* listings. And they never respond to enquiries . I'm in the process of lodging a dispute with NCR and the ombudsman because Nimble has listed me *******ly ..

It's been more than 3 weeks that I raised this, today was the first time I got some help from the lady in customer service. I await proof that I made payments to you, and that this is not prescribed. Send me any proof of payment that you have to substantiate that this is not prescribed , send me communications that you had with me also , because the the first time I heard about your company was when I found out you listed me without ever communicating or having a contract with me .
