Nimble group very quick to harass you . But when you paid up they can't assist you

I had a loan with African bank. After numerous calls an emails it was established that my loan is paid in full. But I need to get a paid up letter from nimble group They are quick to track an trace you but when you paid up they struggle to give you proof of this. This is unfair.
