Nimble group should be *******

This nimble group added an account on my credit report, claiming that I have an unsettled homechoice account, of which I settled that account with Homechoice years ago, now when I request this account to be removed I'm told they can't, I need to email the credit bureaus, why must I go up and down for something that was not supposed to be there in there in rhe first place, I never had any business with Nimble
