Nimble Group listing prescribed debt on my credit record

Not a day goes by that I dobt receive harassing calls from nimble group. It has gone as far as them calling my husband, relentlessly on a daily basis claiming we have debt that is unpaid and owed to Nimbel group. Nimble group unbeknownst to me seemed to have bought a prescribed debt from African Bank in August/September 2023, by November 2023 the debt is now on my credit record. I've reported this to the NCR to no avail or explanation and now this debt is standing in the way of our family purchasing our first home together, including finding job opportunities. Please address this debt immediately to be removed now on my credit record. I do not owe Nimbel group nor Africa Bank any money at all. I will not rest until this matter is addressed with urgency. We are ruining people's livelihoods. It is ******* according to the prescription act.
