Nimble Group Listed me for a Paid up Loan (This Is A Major Consumer Violation)

It was and still is a struggle to get hold of Nimble Group telephonically as their agents kept dropping my calls when I queried why Nimble listed me when I paid up my loan.

Upon Querying my issue via e-mail, the lack of urgency to resolve my issue is quite disheartening... Instead, I keep being harassed by their partner NBA wanting to know when I will pay up my loan.

Nimble Group has negatively impacted my credit score which I was building up as I was planning on buying a house by the end of this month their actions have left me emotionally devastated.

At this point, I'm even questioning the legality of a debt collector listing a consumer on the credit bureau ??? This cannot be fair practice as they are not the originator of the debt especially since my debt is paid up.
