NIMBLE GROUP IS PATHETIC!!!!

They have placed someone else account on my name. That persons ID number and my ID number does not match. He is male, I'm female. I've requested help from Nimble group in 2020, absolutely no one assists. I wrote a review in July on Hellopeter and was immediately contacted and informed this will be correct. Nothing happened. I reached out in September and was advise its been escalated. No one has come back to me but I receive emails to say pay my account, its not my account!!!!!
