Nimble Group is ********* and a ****

This is the worst company ever! My Finchoice account was handed over to them. In December they offered me a one time discounted settlement which I have paid as agreed to on the 20 December 2023. To date I have not received a paid up letter and they haven’t updated ITC. They are now claiming that I still have an amount outstanding after our settlement agreement. I will definitely take this further as this is ********* and unacceptable. What a **** of a company this is! I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages with no success. All I’m getting is that I still have a balance outstanding!
