Nimble group is a ****

This is the most unprofessional and ****ming company. My balance just doesn’t decrease even though I pay every month through a debit order and I make EFT payments. I’m tired of this and they never answer their calls but always promise to have an agent to call you which never calls. On the 22nd of December a debit order came off which I don’t understand why because my debit order date is the last day of the month. I have escalated my balance issue and it was never fixed. This company doesn’t want us to finish paying off and they enjoy milking us money that we already don’t have.
