Nimble Group has no regard for the POPI Act

Despite receiving an email communication stating the matter would be looked into and no further communication would be received from Nimble Group; they still harass both my husband and I on a daily basis phoning up to 10 times a day, ignoring the emails showing the purposes payment arrangement with Kidz@Collage (which they refused), numerous explanations of the same nature, and a simple request for the financial policy of Kidz@Collage.

To top it off Nimble has absolutely zero regard for the POPI Act and actually admitted to me over the phone they don’t follow the act.

What kind of business does this and has zero regard for the law??? A questionable business that is for sure!
