Nimble group harrassment

I have been fighting with nimble with regards to My Direct axis account that has been paid up as per my debt review court order in 2018. They have bought over R4000 worth of debt and only now have allocated it to my credit record. I have emailed them the court order and account and still they will not rectify. I have laid a complaint to the credit ombudsman as well. Surely not receiving any correspondence from the actual supplier or summons and debt collection company cannnot allocate debt bought from Supplier on to your credit record???????

as per account and court order no monies is due!
