Nimble group empty promises
Good day
I got a settlement amount from them I paid the amount they said I must pay and I paid it on the date they said . Now I am waiting on a settlement letter from them and now they want to tell me I still owe R101.80 but account shows it is settled. Then they escalate the issue and say a agent will get back to me and nothing happens. And I am still sitting without a settlement letter. How is it that this is fair
