Nimble group

I had a debt, I have not paid or acknowledged this debt in the past 3 years therefore i know it has prescribed. According to prescription act no. 69 of 1969 once 3 years has passed without me acknowledging or paying this debt it is ******* for yourselves as Nimble to continue to collect it or list me on the credit bureau. I would like my name to be cleared as soon as possible on all credit bureau
