Nimble Group (Creditworx) not responding to mails but harassing telephonically

Nimble Group or Creditworx or whatever the hell this silly company is called has taken over an account from another company which is linked to my debt review. My debt company (Debt Rescue) was immediately notified by me via email when they contacted me. Debt Rescue then responded to my mail with them in CC requesting additional information which is legally required in order to update my debt review payment schedule due to a court order being issued.

No one from this silly company responded. They call me continuously on my cell and work phone and I tell them the exact same thing. REPLY to the *&^$%&^@ email. Instead I get threatened legal action (Which by the way is impossible as I am under debt review so legally this cannot happen).

Now I get a call again from a rude lady from Creditworx who cut the call.

What the hell? Do you want to get paid or just irritate my life on a daily basis?
