I have never experienced such bad service from a service provider.

I have been on the phone with then for 2 weeks straight and the consultants are useless. I have requested a simple task such as to send me banking details so I can make a payment and this is apparently above their skill set.

I was given 4 different numbers to phone where 3 of them did not work and the other one was for the wrong department, I MEAN ***!!!!

you bug and phone me in hours where I am in meetings and when I return the call no one is available. Nimble is a joke!!!!!

I want to pay and settle bills (Standard bank Loan) but you guys are very quick to send a message saying payment has not been received but when I want to pay there is no assistance.

ACC: NCS number: 123

i mean *** is this. this is not a valid bank account!!!!
