Nimble group

I was transferred from Pilar to Post by Nimble. MTN had previously opened a *****ulent account in my name. After their investigation, MTN confirmed the account was *****ulent and sent a letter to Nimble requesting that my name be removed from ITC. However, I have not received any assistance from Nimble. Each time I inquire, I am told that someone will contact me, but no one has. I am currently in the process of making a purchase, and this *****ulent account (Account Number: BA***) is preventing me from proceeding.
