Nimble group are ******, Their balances are never accurate. On the 17.11.2023 I asked for a statement the balance amounted R4873.25. When I called to try and ask for a discount so I can pay of the account the consultant said I owed R5400. I asked the consultant how so cause I have the statement with me sne couldn't answer me.
Today 25.01.2024 I called in again cause I received an sms yesterday 24.01.2024 saying I owe R4586.60. The consultant Chelsea told me I owe R5200 and if she gives me a 10% discount it's going to be R4800. When I asked about the sms I received yesterday she said she can't see sms on her system. Guys nimble group is a ****. Why are their balances not accurate?
