Nimble group and MTN failing to resolve matters of individuals that have been victims of *****ulent activities

I’m utterly drained by the lack of urgency and matter resolution that has been dragging for years now. I have sent various correspondence via emails regarding a *****ulent incident concerning my identity document that was forged to acquire a MTN phone. I have sent all necessary documentation several times to clear myself from the matter but still no resolution has been made. I will keep writing on this page about my unresolved complaint.
