Nimble Group - a total waste of time and absolutely useless at their jobs.

Nimble Group Cape Town ( ********** ) have been requested to provide certain documentation in regard to a ********** loan taken out in a relatives name. They are the most useless bunch of people that I have every in my entire life had to deal with. They do not provide any information that has been requested in regards to the ********** loan, i..e copies of the supposed signed contract, where and to whom was the money paid, when was the loan paid, etc. They are absolutely the worst that I have ever had to deal with, in fact I would go so far as to say I'm very surprised that they are still in business!. They do not know the meaning of the word "Nimble" which is "agile", "swift of mind", "quick", "clever", "quick to take action". I think they are all fast asleep at their desks and are just too useless to do anything. I pity anyone else who has to deal with this lot.

This is just an automated response that you people trundle out to each and every post. No use whatsoever.

How many days/month/ years does it take for Nimble Group to locate a supposed "contract" if such a thing ever existed. You people have been sitting with a request for supporting documentation for at least more than 2 weeks and have come up with absolutely nothing. Shoddy service is putting it mildly.
