Nimble group

I really don't know how to feel with Nimble group they are quick to call and set up the arrangements however when the time comes to get your Paid up letter your answer is " they will set up an Arrangement for another agent to call you and tell you when your paid up letter would arrive" really!!

I committed to keep the arrangement in place for 3 month's was assisted by Shaista and Kwakho could not assist me i don't know which way to go about this please help me HelloPeter.

Shaista told me that I will receive my paid up letter within 7 days still Today I never received I have a Matter number Nimble group has provided me with.i need this letter please.
