I had an account with Jet Stores and Jet was sold over to the nimble Group my account was never in arrears I contacted the useless ********* they send me a statement saying my balance is R1682 I paid R500 which means balance should be R1182 instead I received an SMS saying my balance is R1319.71 how the hell is the possible and when I contact them they say they charge interest how can they charge interest when I'm not in arrears?
