I have a big problem with Nimble, I have an account at Jet stores, ever since Nimble has taken over the Edcon accounts I have been paying my account, I received a sms to say am inrears with an amount of R151, and my installment is R350 I then made a payment that month of R600, and there after paid R400 now I received a sms again that my account is overdue with R120 I phoned them and they couldn't even give me an explanation. I just want to know don't they keep track of payments made or what? How is it possible for someones account to be paid up to date one month and then the next it's in a inrears?
