Nimble debt *****

I was a previously part of zone fitness and canceled my account few months ago and payed all fees due shortly after i was contacted by nimble via email saying i need to pay my debt When i rep**** to countless emails they ignored me, the automated message says wait 7 to 14 business days and its over a month and no reply.

I contacted them via whatsapp and requested call backs they asked for a statement from zone fitness so i went to my branch got a statement which shows i dont owe anything and sent it to them, they ignored it

Later said it wasnt enough but the zone fitness staff themselves said that i should only send them the statement and they will close the account

And still today they continue this harrasment, only giving one star because i cant give none,
