Nimble Damaging My Credit Score with False “Prescription Interrupted” Listing

Nimble has placed a false “Prescription Interrupted” status on my credit record for an African Bank loan I do not owe.

I fully paid the R5,000 loan I had with African Bank years ago. I have repeatedly told Nimble Agents that I do not owe African Bank. Despite this, Nimble called me about “a loan” but never disclosed the amount. I told the agent the loan was paid in full and ended the call — this is not an acknowledgment of any new debt.

Now, my credit score is being unfairly damaged by a debt I have been disputing from day one. This is unacceptable, and I demand:

1. Immediate removal of the false “Prescription Interrupted” status from my credit profile.

2. Confirmation of the correction to my profile within 7 days.

If Nimble fails to act, I will escalate this to the Credit Ombud, National Credit Regulator, and other relevant authorities.
