Nimble contravenes the POPI Act

This pathetic little company has been sending me threatening SMS messages, stating that my DSTV account has not been paid. Yet, I have a debit order and the DSTV call centre advises that my account is up to date! I have been trying to speak to Rowan Gordon who is supposedly the CEO, but the number the call centre gives me sends me back to the call centre!!! Why are the spineless bosses of these little companies always scared to speak to the people they have wrongfully blamed for something? By *******ly receiving my details and using them against me, Nimble has contravened the POPI act. Another pathetic useless company!!
