These are ************! Do not pay them if they make arrangements. They sent me a Settlement Arrangement and when I fully paid the account as per their arrangement they did not supply any Paid-up Letter. I phoned every day, contacted a Lawyer. So it is no use paying them. My next step is to open a Police Case for ***** against them. Apparently do they do this regularly. Even when people pay them, they do not pay the original credit company and your credit profile never gets updated. Rather keep your money and do not pay any debt through them.
