I would actually rate this company 0 if I had the option.

I am harassed on a daily basis by this company for a debt that was paid up in December 2023 through another agency.

They purchased that debt, not knowing that it had already been settled and now I being made to suffer those consequences. I have sent my paid up letter multiple times on the ***, and through the Whatsapp platform, and it gets me nowhere.

Every time they call, I request to speak to a TL/manager, and somehow there is never one available. In fact, one of the agents, Namhla on call ref ***9, was laughing at my issue and gave the phone to her colleague so that the colleague could impersonate being a TL. They then promised me that I would get a call back from their manager Eunice, whose email address is *** so that I can finally get assistance with my name being taken off their system , and I can stop getting these calls, and Eunice has still not gotten back to me.

I have called in multiple times in order to try and get this sorted myself, and yet nothing.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!

No response from the complaints email address I was provided either. It's essentially them saying one can go f themselves, because they do not care!!

I am at my wits end at this point.

STOP CALLING ME!!!!! STOP!!! STOPOOOOOOOOOPPPPPP!!!!
