Nimble and edcon are *****

Hello Peter I have an account with Jet under Edcon and I around October I went to the shop to check my statement it was R1389 recently I got an email from nimble group saying I should pay an amount of R1425. 00 to say settle my account and on the first of November I payed and amount of R1200 via an Eft to account number which I was using all this time when paying my jet account and Im being told they are not able to trace my statement and their consultants are telling me I owe them R1689 I mean such huge amounts were does it come from, nimble and edcon need to fix their problems couse now they over charging us and their process is so slow
