Nimble

I had 2 cell phone contracts with cell C.They then handed me over to the Nimble group. I then called nimble with the intention of setting up a arrangement to pay the debt off..Nimble has the most unprofessional call center ever , the agents pass you around no one is willing to help. I literally spent a R50 airtime trying to sort this out but no one was willing to help Iam so irratated and angry that a company runs things this way.. I just want to setup a arrangement so I can start paying my debt and it can be taken off my name. I don't want alot , I just want Nimble employees to do their job they actually employed to do.
