Nible / Wonga loans

I had a Wonga loan that I couldn't pay off due to losing my job I still contributed towards my loan then I found employment and requested a settlement which I received I paid the settlement in full a month later I got a email from Nimble on behalf of wonga saying I have an outstanding balance so I queried it never received a response so I decided to pay that as well to avoid the aggravation but when i paid this amount i clearly stated in my mail to them that i want confirmation that i have paid my loan in full as well as remove me as a default payer at the credit bureau none of this transpired im still listed and my wonga statement is showing an outstanding balance ive tried numerous times contacting them via mail and the response I get is WE APOLOGISE FOR THE LATE REPLY BUT WE ARE RECEIVING A HIGH CALL VOLUME my next step is to report them as well as wonga and I will go the social media route and use any resources to expose them this is my right as a consumer
