Why do you guys contact people who are not related to get a hold of me just because we share the same surname. How many people share the same surname yet aren't related?! If they were related to me, why do my external family have to be contacted about my private business. Who gave you the right and under which section does it state that in the event where you cannot get a hold of a person you are welcome to send their aunts and uncles and grandmothers messages and phone them?I'd like to take this up with the financial ombudsman because I highly doubt that there is a clause that says that if a person is your client you are welcome to contact people who you think of whenever you can't reach them. This is the second time this has happened and this time I will not have it. Train your people correctly and do not make these sort of mistakes. You cannot give out my financial information to another person. My personal details are there.My security has been compromised because of your negligence. Never mind the embarrassment and everything else in between. What in the actual hell?!
