My Exact account has been paid but not cleared on credit bureau.

I once have a account with Exact Account then my account was handed over to Norman Nimble Group & Norman Bissett, I fully paid up in 2018, now when I check with other credit bureau like (transUnion, Compuscan, XDS I have learned that this account is still reflecting as due/unpaid, only Experin credit Bureau have updated my account. I tried to get hold of this debt collector there's no respond, I want this debt collector to notify all credit bureaus and send paid up letter.
