My Edgards paid up letter or email pls

I called in more than 5 times to request a Confirmation Email with the paid letter for my Edcon account. Everytime i called they say they are emailing straight away and the manager for Delron confirm they are emailing it, but nothing is being emailed i gave them my Gmail and work email address, but I have not received any emails from them as yet. I urgently need that email
