Most unprofessional people

I made arrangement to pay my finchoice account in 3 installments (debited from August 2023 it'll October 2023). Indeed I honoured the agreement and paid accordingly. (A consultant named Yvette assisted)

Then I kept on getting calls and emails none stop, stating that I'm owing. All the consultants that have told me that they'll escalate the matter to Yvette to close the case.

Till this day I still haven't received my letter. This morning I was called again and while trying to explain to a consulted that my account is actually paid up. She rudely hung up the phone (piece of ****). Her behavior validated how the entire company is highly unprofessional.I need to move on with my life now, close the ****en account and Give me my letter.

Calling people to inform them they owe is what you know But you can't do right for those who honored payments.
