Most horrible company to deal with they think they are the C.I.A or FBI

Pathetic service requested information about an account that I paid off with Mr price they send me an email for an account from 2016 which is written off and prescribed demanding money or saying that a judgement will be placed on my name . They never had my correct my information until I called them and emailed them after Mr price said to contact them I have approached Wendy knowla and the ombudsman about this matter awaiting feedback this week.
