Money making scheme they just want to keep debiting even when an account is paid up

I have paid up my Wonga account in time and sent them through my paid up letter but still they are debiting money .. how is that possible while they have a paid up letter of that account... I think it's high time we report the to the ombudsman because they just wanna make money out of us
