this company ****s people they allow you to make arrangements with robot and when you settle the account they tell different lies, i had made a settlement agreement to split the amount in 2 months of which 28 Feb would have been my final month and now I'm told i need to pay 250 for 8 months while the settlement amount was 500 so in total i need to pay 2000 for what reason while I'm not even behind on that amount and ow they say they wont give me the paid up letter because i did not pay the single payment of 500 so all in all the 500 i paid was a waste
