I have paid my MTN account 5 years back but it still reflects as unpaid,I get emails every now and then about paying this account and I have sent the paid up.letter but still I am being asked to pay. I have called then numerous times but still I am getting no assistance. This prevents me for any credits now,I am buying a house but this is blocking me. I have driven to their office in Durban but I was told that they don't see customers. My reference is 1MTN69841
