********ly destroying my credit score

I had a tracker with mix telematics that i canceled and they incorrectly continued to bill me which i refused to pay as i already requested to close my account. i was then handed over to these people. i hare repeatedly tried calling them but no answers ever! they continue to add notes or credit marks to the credit bureau every single month wich is destroying my credit score for a pathetic R147.02 you better rectify this ASAP as my next steps are to take this to the National Consumer Commission
