Listed on Bureau even after paying off the accounts

I have paid up all outstanding amounts to Nimble in September 2024 and sent POP to Kirsten. I now checked my credit report and Nimble is still showing.

I made contact with a gent who just sent me paid up letter for my Fin choice account. The 2nd call was made with a lady who advised me that there is an amount that needs to be written off on the Home choice account before I can get a paid up letter. What was the hold up for this to be processed? I tried to make contact with Experian to clear this to no avail.

Can this be done by close of business today and send me confirmation.
