Life breaking and demolishment of any career

There is ********** account opened on my name in 2011, i have submitted countless evidence to Cell C ********** departments and after ensuring that it is cleared it is still reflecting on my name, this has caused my career a major hit as i was shortlisted for an opportunity of a life time but was declined due to Nimble that did not clear this score since 2011. i am being send from post to post and no assistance is been given what so ever.
