Lies upon lies from Nimble Collections

I have tried all means and ways to obtain a settlement amount from Nimble Collections however all one gets is the run around. Nimble says my account is with VDM,VDM says Nimble has my records. When calling Nimble Collections for the 4th time and speaking to a call centre agent thst sounds like a robot they told me that they do in fact have my settlement amount and will email it to me. Its been almost 2weeks and I am yet to receive an email with a settlement amount and banking details. Nimble Collections needs to be exposed for their lies and bad service. This is my 2nd review clearly they need to be exposed on social media as well.
