Its a ***** two debts collectors & harrasment, collect on a Prescribed debt

<p>I send letter to capitec from the company was working for that my boss wrote to explain why not earning salary and paying my debt, i also send letters to Nible group the stop calling, after some time they start harassing me and end up stopping two-tree year pass by, they then start to collect again last year i told them the same story am not working they stop now its Norman Bissett & Associates Group sending sms and offer me discount on a prescirbed debt, let me remind you what the condition are for prescribed debt, if in the past 3 years, you have not made any payment towards settling a debt, acknowledge owing the money in any or agree to pay it, or been summonsed in respect of it, it had prescribed, and you can raise this as a defence when asked to pay such a debt. i have never paid or acknowledge the debts, and no judgement has been taken. this is a feeble, but insidious attempt to entrap unsuspected consumer who are not aware of their rights. the sms you send ln tree week ago is a deliberated, and i will report you to the relevent bodies for your transgressions, you Norman Bissett & Associates Group and Nible Group you are harrasing me for both trying to collect priscribed debt same time.1CAP8421</p>
