Itc update

Good I have made enquiries go my credit report to be update, I was responded that it will be for an update, my new report is hear all the accounts I've settle still reflecting on my itc I am not happy Home choice, finchoice tiles two accounts and identity, this is not acceptable I want to continue with my life and I don't owe you guys any more, please assust

Its two months now, no update on my profile
