ITC MATTER.

i have complain with this company nimble group, they bought the Edcon account after they closed, i settled my account because i did not want to deal with NIMBLE GROUP, they emailed me the paid up letter but they added an enquiry under my name that i have a revolving loan with them for R3969, to my suprise i don't owe them anything recently i received a ststement from experian and checked my clear score it shows a balance under nimble group. i have contacted them numerous time no assistance they will tell me they have escalated the matter but nothing has changed,on saturday i went to Capitec to open a savings account with their sustem it will show you everything under your name to my suprise Nimble group is there showing 1 month in arrears. i am so frustrated because it affects my credit score and ITC.
