Inhumane service provider

<p>I am absolutely disgusted and ashamed in Nimble Collection Services! My brother has an account that has been handed over to them, the reason for the hand over was because he went blind in December 2016 and couldn't work anymore. They are harassing him until the late hours of the night for R1,900!!! They don't care that he is sick and can't see, they don't care that he can't work or that he doesn't have any money or any way to generate an income for himself, they just keep on harassing him for that small amount. They are rude and extremely unprofessional with no telephone or work ethics. As previously mentioned they cal until after 21:00 and put the phone down in his ear. It is bad enough that my brother lost his sight after 30 years, he doesn't need this kind of treatment, nobody does! I'm sure they have step in place for cases like these, when someone is suddenly disabled and can't pay the account, why don't they just write it off as bad debts????</p>
